if you mean acidic, like trapped wind, stomach bloating, burning in the chest and lots of burping then yes definetely had all of that:j Quite simply it was me having the wrong fast food processed muck that was causing the bloating and ehm the passing wind:rotfl:

Now I have dropped the weight I rarely get acid if at all (now you have reminded me of how it was I can't remember the last time!) I used to survive on andrews morning, noon and night but have not had to have any for a long time now....

Thanks to everyone who's replied to my scales dilemma! All the posts on here really do help!

Dixie06 - thanks for your comment. I haven't been hungry - am just amazed that I can have so much food! Having previously been to WW, I think my brain is conditioned to think that I can't eat at all. I think that's why I'm a bit unsure about whether I'll lose this week or not. Fingers crossed!

Meant to ask suggs or consultant or anyone really:D sunshine is out and kids yelling (again!) for a trampoline, have very small garden so looking (again!) for an 8 ft one, seen on Gillian and other T.V shows that they have little trampolines in the corner of their rooms for exercise so if I bought one (hoping as each year goes by they would be grown up and left home by the time I get round to saying yes:rotfl: :rotfl: ) what good does it do exercise wise (or are they just there to make silly 'ol ladies look like a complete berk?:rotfl: :rotfl: )

I used to go to a bounce class at my gym using the mini trampoline. I loved it and they said it was low impact so wouldnt harm my back. Only stopped because they changed the time of it:mad: You do have to wear good trainers and keep your knees slightly bent or relaxed. Oh and you have to have a strong bladder, my mate had to keep running out to the toilet cos she felt like she always wanted a wee:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Pelvic floor muscles girls... cos we all did our exercises when we pregnant didn't we (NOT):rotfl:

To try to make my question easier does food optimising mean you can have a red lunch and a green tea as long as you use what would be free foods on each???:o :o:confused:

On mse theme anyone know where I can get a cheap braun (or phillips) epilator? Mine just packed in so got one gorilla leg and one smooth:eek: :rotfl:

Jojilufc - you are meant to stick to either red or green not mixing them up. Saying that there is mix2match when you chose what type of meal you are having and as long as the foods are all free then you can change red to green and vice versa. I only ever did it once so I may be completely wrong - I'll go look at the website and see if it tells you anything or I'm sure Lois or Consultant will be along to advise you more accurately. Have you got the purple food optimising book - I'm sure it talks about success express and mix2match in there

Hi Jo - Mix2Max allows you to have red and green meals on the same day, however you need to be careful with any snacks that you have between meals. You can snack on anything that is classed as a superfree food, which means they are free on both red and green days. Anything you snack on that isn't free on both days needs to be synned at the highest value, e.g. if you have a slice of ham as a snack, although the ham is free on red, you need to count the syn value for green.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi everyone,

Well I waved my best mate off yesterday she is going to be spending the next 7 months repping in sunny salou. We both managed our last challange of losing a stone whilst she was working in tenerife after chrismas and now we are going to do 2 stone by the time she comes home.

We had a whole week of lunches and dinners out and a wedding reception this last week so this will be a day 1 for me, I weighed this morning and I haven't done too much damage, so here we go again!! :D
    Goal weight....lighter than when I started :D
