Hi I was wondering if anyone has done this diet before.
I am on day 3 and am finding it ok so far.
I just wondered if you can drink tea/coffee or diet drinks while on the plan as waster is getting boring!!!
P.S I bought my stuff through boots.com and earned loads of extra points thanks to their promotion - about £40 worth I think.
Thanks for any tips

Hi everyone and warm welcome to the newbies...been in the kitchen forthe last hour trying to make this flamin' coleslaw tasty:D So far three of them have gone in the bin but this one I like (although still somewhat bland) found a very old thread on here and it says waistline salad cream (better than mayonnaise and the WW one) onions red, carrots shredded and cabbage and to add half greek fat free yogurt and half waistline salad cream, if you want you can add apples, raisins but did not do that I added mild sharwoods teaspoon of mild curry powder and it added a kick to it with the crushed black peppercorns, I am getting addicted to not only getting it right but eating it:D
The curry powder has saved the day ( I hope, H has not tried it yet and he was not keen on the last batch:rotfl: )0 -
Morning all. Well the diggers are here and its well and truely started - I am now officially up to my eyes in muck!!! For those who may remember our house sale fell through last year last minute and we decided to stay and extend. Well after months of red tape its started today :T :T :T
I was shattered yesterday. After my night out I was only firing on 1 cylinder but DH and FIL had me out in the garden all day - taking roof off garage, emptying garage, 9 million trips to dump, clearing plants to be saved from garden, digging them in new places. We also moved the boiler from the garage and spent up to 10pm last night making a new wooden boiler house as it was threatening rain  Eventually sat down after 10 the remember had to make kids packed lunches and get uniforms ready for back to school. If all that activity hasnt shifted some pounds I dont know what will :rotfl:
Note to self: Do not go out drinking with best friend when DH has day of jobs planned for following day
Good luck with all the weigh ins this week - Tall girl - welcome to day one club - I seem to be the regular in there0 -
OK - have just had my last weigh in before I go on holiday tomorrow morning! I have lost 2 lbs so I am a happy bunny!:j :j
I shall miss the support on this group for the next 2 weeks. I am also being realistic that I will probably not lose weight (or even maintain!) but I will take care of it when I get back.:o
See you all in a couple of weeks and good luck with all your diets! :A

Hi
Marion Well done on the 2lbs loss. I'm catching up with last weeks posts and just want to say that I was very impressed with the fact that you had already lost 72lbs before joining us :T whew!!! Have a great holiday and don't worry too much about gaining anything, I think that you will find that over these last few months you will now subconciously pick what foods to eat, but if you do gain - so what! - it will be back to the day one club
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

2LB loss for this week,LL can you please add this to this weeks chart.
I`m still not pooing normally,it goes from one extreme to the other. Also I`ve been having alot of nightmares recently, not sure if that it connected to dieting but they have only happened these last couple of weeks.
Anyhow I`ve ditched my home scales, terrible things they are.I was weighing myself about 15-20 times a day.Which is not good so now I go once a week to Boots and use their scales.
I am hoping to lose about 1-2LBs a week from now on,which will be roughly be half a stone a month.I still cant see any difference in me,think the weight is coming off my big toe!
I do need to get myself in some sort of exercise routine what I can stick to,I just havent thought of one yet!Debt Free Date:10/09/2007 :j :money:0
