    Hi all

Quick question... Have not really got my head around how food optimizing works on Slimming World:confused: I had a free brekkie and then a seafood platter at lunch (free on red), Now doing tea and it's synfree chips, egg and mushroom ( firm favourite with my DS's). Now on a green day that is free so if I class this as a green meal it's free. But is that allowed?? Is that how it works or am I just completely wrong??

I think I've explained it right but... most probably I'm completely wrong:rotfl:

Not sure that I understood the question properly but if you had a red lunch then you will have to stay red for the rest of the day. Hope this helps until someone who knows more than I do comes along.:D
I've just checked my books and I think the eggs and mushroom are free on red so you will just have to count the chips with your syns.

Hi all, firstly thanks to LL for the SW friendly cheese sauce it worked a treat and the cauliflower cheese was lovely

Secondly, now I need to know can I have 2 babybels and 28g of parmesan as my two a choice healthy extras?

Debbie - I joined SW 2 weeks ago and its my 2nd weigh in tomorrow (wish me luck) I've found it really easy to follow and not been hungry at all. In my first week I lost 6lb :j not lost as much this week I don't think (not that i've been weighing myself about 10 times a day :o !!!) but as long as its a loss it will soon stack up. Fell off the wagon at the weekend tho which involved lots of lager, sambuca and vodka redbull then 2 slices pizza on the way home  Got straight back on the wagon today tho.
Remember ....its not a bargain unless you need it :D

well................................tomorrow is the first day of my health/fitness class thing(slightly nervous, yet excited, lol)
i have a question i'd like to ask and that is
    can being overweight cause acid?
i have been suffering from lots of acid for the last few months
before this the only time i suffered from acid was when i was pregnant not i definatly arent pregnant, so could it be anything to do with being obese?
