Brainfreeze - I wouldn't worry about the one twirl a week. You deserve a treat every now and then and its best to have one when you want one, and also to only have one in the house - cos if you crave and crave you may well end up going to the shop and buying more than one. If you allow yourself a little of what you want (in moderation) then you are more likely to stick with your healthy eating plan. Cutting out all together indicates a "diet" and at some stage this is going to have to end. Good Luck with it.

I've just had the biggest bowl of fruit covered in muller light for my lunch - even the workmen at the house said "wow - you'll never eat all that" - I did :D

    Thanks for that Lois

Have done mine and was actually quite surprised by how it shows me. :D I asked my OH if it was a fair comparison and he said yes. I don't know how to put it on here tho... Need it explaining in easy words of one syllable only.:o

    Hi Jo

If you want to post your model, save the picture to your computer, then upload it to photobucket or a similar website. Once done you will see at the bottom of the uploaded picture 3 link options. Click the bottom one to copy it - its the one surrounded by [img.......img]. It's this string option that you paste into MSE to display the chart.

    Hope that helps.

Hello (hides) can I join please.
I can not go on like this, since having the kids (first one now 9) I have gained about half a stone a year every year, and it has to stop. Lightbulb moment was at the weekend realising I was to heavy for the bumper boats at a fair (16st) but thinking about it just makes me hungry.
My target is to lose 4.5 stone, which will leave me at a normalish managable weight.
But where do I start? I have lost weight many years ago with weight watchers when they did their 1-2-3 thing and it told you what to eat every day, have tried SW, but its not disaplined enough for me, I have to be told what to have each day, I can't choose or I think about it all day.
Can anyone recommend anything to me.?

Hi Susieb - no need to hide, we're quite friendly! :)

I'm the opposite of you, in the sense that I can't bear prescriptive diets that tell you exactly what to eat! However I can understand the need for the level of control, and I know what you mean about spending all day thinking about what you're going to eat. SW do a 7-day eating plan which might be what you need - you can get it on their website.
