Lose Weight 11

Suggs, you're an inspiration to me as I'm a bloke with a lot of weight to shift and am now not without hope that it will, one day, be possible. Thanks!
With regard to the webiste link that Victory posted, it's a good site but not much use for us chaps. At the moment it only has models of women to change the shape and size of.
Underneath however, it does say "Coming Soon...Men" and that's a sweeping statement if ever I heard one!!0 -
Hey all!
Apologies for not posting in a while been very hectic at work the last few weeks. Anyhoo good news is i lost 5lb this week :j so happy about that! i guess being on my feet 6 hours a day is helping! C x0 -

How many posts in one day???!!!
Well done to all of the fabulous losers - brilliant effort.
Hi Suggs - nice to hear that you're all happy and loved up. I haven't been around for a while but am back now and well and truly focussed again.
Been goodish today - had a banana and a small handful of crisps all day - not good and not normally what I do but work was bonkers and I didn't get a chance to eat anything else. But then got home and took the dog out for an hour in the sun - really nice to get some fresh air and a bit of time away from the office.
Had a small piece of vegetable tart (Tescos but really nice), cucumber and new potatoes for tea. Was really good but not feeling very full now an hour later. Might have something else but don't know what yet - any good syn free/low syn suggestions?0 -
Hi
Victory - thanks for posting that link, that website is good fun.
Is anyone else brave enough to post their model? The face isn't much like mine but the body shape is!

Some slimming world chips? Or how about a fresh fruit salad - I just had pineapple and mango with muller light

Hi everyone
Gonna have a look at them models. I have maintained this week, the Easter eggs didn't help0 -
I feel really guilty now, so the result from the MK Boots is a loss of 9lb :j Which clears the Cardiff Gain and some. Please bear in mind that it is a loss of 6lb since the weigh in before Cardiff (3 weeks ago) I am pleased as I got really motivated in the last ten days or so, went to the gym most days, including Easter Sunday. Lois I understand if you would prefer to give SOTW to someone else, as my loss is not a true reflection of a week.
All in all I am 6lbs away from my bikini moment, I will still be big but would love to do it before I go on club tour to Weymouth on May 4th.
Have a Good Day all
x
Hi Suggs, welcome back, and well done for another fantastic result! Do you want to start on the May challenge from today, and shall I make yours 6 pounds as that will get you to your final (for now) goal?
LL
p.s. if you have the biggest weight loss you're getting SOTW whether you like it or not!:D
