Lois - I emailed you the current chart back - hope its ok!

    Ok -back to losing weight.

Had a good day today (apart from teeny tiny bit of mars bar cheese cake which was too sweet and made me feel sick :D). I dont think I have lost any weight this week though. I am back to being thoroughly p-d off about it. Why can I not get past this weight  I think the only way to lose weight at the minute is to cut off an arm/leg/toe/ear  Seriously though - I've been "stuck" for ages - why does this happen

The cheescake making you feel sick as it was too sweet is a good sign:j :j you won't be reaching out for another one will you?:j :j

Maybe you have to either reduce your calories per day or up your excercise or a bit of both, no magic answers at this time of night:rotfl: :rotfl:

    Hi tre3mor,

I realise that you are upset with me for moving the original thread from Old Style but can I remind you that I am a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly not a (bl****) moderator.

Board guides have been asked by Martin to move threads to boards where they will receive more replies and where there is already a relevant thread running.

As you can see this is a long established and popular thread and all new posters are welcomed by a lovely bunch of people with a common interest.

I hope you change your mind and decide to continue posting here.

I'd rather not post my weight at the mo - if that's OK? I'm so overweight I'm carrying another person around - and not a child or midget either :o

Well I weigh in at a floorboard breaking 26st4, so maybe I have the unenviable title of biggest lardbucket on this thread today?

I've got a photo showing 13stone of lard = the total amount that I want to lose. I've put a copy on my fridge, a copy in my car, they're all over the place - it's even the background picture on my desktop. It scares me that I'm carrying so much round with me every day and that's what keeps me motivated to get rid of it!

It's partly right (where have you "heard" about it - i'm interested?)
You need to go on Murphys no more pies thread - its not £30 in cash its Boots vouchers that are on offer.

Well, you go away for 5 mins and it's all change!!!
Hello to anyone from OS that sticks around - for what it's worth, I post on both boards and have no problems with either.

Anyway, back to diets - I have been very good today, stuck to SW green day all day with no syns at all - that is until 10 mins ago when I caved in and shared a Creme Egg with the dog! I was going to scoff it all (they're only tiny these days!) but guilt got the better of me and the dog is a ready made dustbin!

Anyone know how many syns are in a Creme Egg?
I've decided that SW is the way forward for me as I've done it before, am a veggie and already have all of the books etc. BUT, without going to class I won't get the password - I know we aren't supposed to share it (fair enough if some are paying for the privilege) - but wondered if anyone would do me a giant favour and look up the Creme Egg syns for me please?

Thanks for any help you can provide!!

    Cheers
    Rach

    Sorry, sorry, sorry!!!
Just looked in the back of the SW book and Creme Eggs are 8.5 syns each (I'm counting 5 as the dog had a bit!)

That's not as bad as I thought! Is it the same for a Cadbury's Caramel egg?

Not sure about Caramel eggs but a regular bar of Cadbury's Caramel is 12 syns. An egg can't be more than that can it?
