Hi everyone,

As there is an existing support thread on MSE in the I wanna board for anyone who is trying to lose weight I have merged this thread with it.

There is also the Lose Weight Recipe thread on Old Style which may help and where you can add your own recipes.

Hooray - We're back! We had a trip over to the Old Style Board there by accident when the threads were being merged but thanks to Pink winged we are all sorted again :T

A big hello to all the OS-ers losing weight who have merged in with this thread :wave: We've been here for a while and are all trying to lose weight - some more successfully than others :rotfl: Anyway, you are all welcome to join in - we've a weekly weigh in which has just changed from Monday to Wednesday. Lois Lane kindly does a weekly chart and updates everyones losses and we also have Slimmer of the week. There is more information on the first post in this thread - with links to the chart, the recipe collection and previous Lose weight threads.

hmm.. I've been keeping an odd eye on the BIG lose weight thread for a while.. but didn't want to join.. however I quite liked the idea of a new group with everyone starting new.. I can understand merging the threads, but I don't think I want to join the big group with loads of old timers doing it..

You're welcome to join in Lellie - new people are joining everyday and the more the merrier. Some people have been going at it a while on this thread but the motivation levels are still very high and we aren't that bad... honestly!

Victory - from what I can gather a new lose weight thread was started over on Old Style and it was merged in with this one. Nothing to worry about

Well, I was quite happy to partake in the OS thread. But I don't want to join in with this one.
