Play2day Your recipes sound fantastic and I have printed them off to put in my file.

For those who buy the Slimming World magazine each month for the inspiration but also fantastic recipes.. I never have room to keep all the magazines so now I cut out all the recipes I like, laminate them and keep them in a file next to my cooker so that I can always keep them clean and are there for inspiration when I'm stuck what to cook. I've found that all the family like almost everything so everyone is eating healthier now.

I lost 2lb last night at weigh in and got slimmer of the month ( winning a great recipe book too).:D
I was gobsmacked as I havent had high losses compared to a lot of people but I was the only one to lose every week without a maintain or gain. I have to put it down to the fantastic people on here who give great advice and keep everyone going when we have a little hiccup...:T

I was going to get a bag of thorntons choccies as a treat for easter but came away so motivated that I went and treated myself to a gorgeous shampoo/ conditioner my hairdresser had on offer:D

Wow - thanks for your great recipes play2day I can't wait to try some of them out.

I didn't know rice was a food poisoning offender - why is this? I do like cous-cous though so I don't mind replacing my rice with that and I also do it like you with veg stock and added cooked veg.

Hope you all have a lovely, lovely Easter. Hoping to set off for a couple of days so diet may not do too well as it's BB & EM :o I'll do my best to choose the right foods and hopefully walk the full english off!!

Try not to have fruit after meals you can be doing alot of damage to yourself as
fruit is designed to go straight through you.
