Hi Everybody.
I am ashamed to say my diet crashed and burned todayMr Play2day decided to take the family for Chinese tonight and it would be quicker to tell you what I didn’t eat than what I did!
Yesterday I ate less than 1000 calories and my intake at home today has been 300 so hopefully it will balance out? Day one again tomorrow!
Big round of applause for Npsmama and Xljmummy both slimmers of the week. :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T
Victory – good luck with the last 9lbs. You are an inspiration to us all. :A You too Suggs – getting rid of you ‘fat’ clothes is a real milestone. Your posts really encourage the rest of us. Thanks. :A
BeaniLou – 3lbs is in a week is a massive achievement. Way to go! :T
Erlqueen & Dawnydee – 1lb off is 1lb of lard you are no longer carrying around with you. It may not have been all you were hoping for but it sure is a step in the right direction. :T
Littlemisssunshine – I like the idea of your vodka diet! 3and a half pounds! It would even be worth the hangover… I must pencil it into my diary! lol :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Loopylou – I maintained too (for the second week in a row). Although we haven’t lost I am trying to be positive and think at least I haven’t gained.
I’m not sure about carrying forward unused calories. I hope you can after my diet disaster today!
Hi Wobbler – I am sure you will find registering well worth the effort. The support and understanding here is fantastic. I am certainly pleased I stumbled onto this thread!
Katmad99 – I agree with you that the BMI is rubbish. I am just under a 24 but look like an old-fashioned weeble toy… you know the ones that wobble but don’t fall down… (giving away my age now!)Good luck on your weigh in.
Jab17 – 2lb is supposed to be the ideal weight to loose and maintain so good on you gal! :T
Good luck giddykipper stick on this thread and I am sure you will get some good tips plus masses of support.
Hazzie123 – I hope that you are feeling better soon. :grouphug:
Petrichor – from one ‘porky bird’ to another I would also love the instructions for your fat busting exercises please. I have ‘saddle bags’ on my thighs that I can’t seem to shift and any suggestions are most welcome.
Jojilufc – well done on reaching your target! :T
Well done to all the other maintainers and losers who haven't posted yet :T
and to those who have gained this week, I will join you on day one tommorow! Good luck to all. x0 -

if i don't use them all in 1 day can i save them?

thanks in advance

I am not sure, I certainly know a lot of people that save them until the weekend for example or a wedding/birthday and I guess if you do not go completely over the top then can do no harm, remember though 3,500 calories = a 1 lb weight gain or a huge amount of gym/exercise work to burn it off:D0 -
Hi Honey28, sorry if i'm too late for the chart now, things got a bit hectic when i got in so didnt get back on the computer in time. I lost 1lb! i'm quite happy about that. but want to do better!!!!! Thanks for waiting for me!!Moneysavinghopeful :rotfl:0

Thanks Victory, i was thinking of saving the ends of the days so i could have a beer at the weekends, OH has started taking me out while DD dances for lunch & a pint  i can keep the food under control by having salad with no dressing but i'd miss not having my pint
Am off out for lunch today with somebody i used to work with, we're going to the 2 for 1 so am trying to decide what to eat before i get thereluckily he is on a diet too so shouldn't be a problem having salad. If i remember rightly they do salmon or chicken&bacon, mmm getting hungry now :rotfl:
off to make brekkie, see you all later

Hurrah, I'm out of the starting blocks even though I still have the dreaded lurgy........... managed to get on course about halfway through my 'week'.... biscuits, chocolate, bread, butter:eek: , everything processed and/or high fat is now gone and won't come back into the house for a long time......... it's easier when you live on your own though.
Sooooooooo ... weight this week is minus 1.5lbs......... didn't know these new scales showed parts of lbs but 'every little helps'........ hope to make up the extra half pound with next week's 2lb.
Can I join the April 5lb challenge too please?0 -

Hi Honey28, I notice that the spreadsheet is dated Wed. At the moment I have been weighing on a Thurs but would it be better if I changed my weigh in day?
Could you let me know please?0 -
Oh sorry, its done on a Wednesday - i thought you wanted this included in this weeks chart - perhaps it should have been on next weeks as it runs Wed- Wed.0
