katmad I'm trying to find the actual instructions about that excercise (I tried writing it and it sounded a bit porno:D ) but I'll swap it for your rock-hard thighs; although I must point out that my padding was fat, not muscle, and I tend to think that the continued rolling on it broke down the walls of the fat cells and it just seemed to dissipate. Not very scientific I know, but it's how I thought of it at the time. With all the lovely excercise that you do I doubt whether this will be of any benefit to you, but I'll still post it when I find it.
Sounds great, i wanna squish the fat away! (my hip/waist padding is definately fat, i'm sure there must be muscle hidden under there, it can't all only be in my arms and legs can it???!?!?)Moneysavinghopeful :rotfl:0 -

Going to spoil things a bit now, OH just came in with chinese. Chicken Satay with boiled rice. Am on a green day so rice ok and chicken can come under healthy extra I think, not sure about the gorgeous sauce tho:rotfl:
