:j Had my first SW weigh in last night and have lost 3.5lb :j
Am very surprised because as well as being confused about what I could eat last week I also tried to drink my bodyweight in vodka on Saturday
Guess I must have stuck to it enough the rest of the week to make up for it :T0 -
maintained  again
i just seem to have lost all my willpower (not that i had too much to start with)
5lb by 7th May ... i wanted to be 9lb lighter by then
i've seen a lovely red skirt for my grandads party but dont want to have to buy another size 18!!
oh well - fingers crossed - see you all later.

ok, have decided i'm going back to good old fashioned calorie counting for the next 4 weeks.
i looked online & found a website but it reckoned i needed 2300 calories a day to lose weight  that seems an awful loti know i shouldn't cut back too many but was expecting it to tell me 1500 or somthing similar
do you think it's just because i haven't checked for such a long time, the last time i actually counted calories properly (and checked what i should be eating) was when i lived at home with my mum :rotfl: now thats actually quite bad cos it means i've been dieting on & off for nearly 20 years
never thought about it like that before
so how many calories does everyone think?
i'm just planning on having fruit for now so will come back later before making dinner so i can decide what to have based on calories allowed!!
thanks

Well done!!! I have found that SW does it for me too.
Have only just started again, but without the classes as I'm not working at the moment. Unfortunately the dreaded lurgy scuppered my first week, but am trying to get back on the wagon this week.
Thurs morning is when I get on the scales again so fingers crossed. Although, true to SWs mantra, I do eat as much as I like of the free foods until my body gets used to no processed stuff again. Then I will be able to eat less.
Congrats to you again...........:T0 -
