Thanks Honey yes feel brighter but this day is soooo long.... anyway dinner is at 5pm so looking forward to that, I have made a plan in my head...will feed the kids that little bit earlier so I am still in the kitchen when they eat theirs as I don't want to see them wolf down the chicken pies:rotfl: :rotfl:

Well done Victory, methinks your efforts are something to be applauded :T :T :T My bmi is nowhere near as good as yours, but it has dropped by 15 points :j

I`m also interested in what exercise people do apart from the gym,and those who go to the gym what would you do if your gym burnt down tonight?

Would you look for another one or just think ahhhhhhhh sod it?

in addition to going to the gym most days, I play rugby as well. Having an office/home based job does not offer many chances to get fit. If the gym burnt down, thee is no doubt I would join another gym as it is part and parcel of the routine I have in place.

SuggsDon't let depression get to you, you know you are doing brilliantly, that you are well on the road to a happier, healthier, slimmer you and all your efforts, time and patience will be rewarded ten fold with being able to live life to the full, stay positive, act positive and soon, sooner than you think this nightmare will be over and then you can learn from it and never ever let it happen to you again because I am not , it is too hard to repeat:D

I want to be 12/13/14 again when I was called 'lanky's sister' as I was pencil thin and wore pencil skirts and skinny jeans, I want to look like the photo in the kitchen where the legs were lovely (still prefered trousers though!) and no one had anything bad to say but that is wishful thinking and many more years later it is not going to happen to me again so I just have to be pleased with the way it is going now and what I have now..... I know you have done this healthy eating before and so have we all, me many times but if I have to learn a life lesson it is that this I hate, loosing it is yuck but it will be the best thing for me in the future and I hope hand on heart never to have to repeat this.....to me a choc bar that is fat and ends up on my tummy as fat is not worth it for the pain you have to go through to loose it.

Victory, Thank you again for those words, I didnt mean depressing as in depressing, but depressing as in annoying :) I have suffered very badly with depression and I do me best to deal with it and reflect to the positive side of life

I want to be 18/19 again not sure why  but I was neve called 'lanky's sister' ;)
