Please does anyone have the Jan/Feb issue of Sliiming World magazine?

People keep saying there are fab baking recipes in there. If it's allowed would someone by very kind and post them on the Lose Weight Recipe section?
    Pretty please???

I have most of the issues - what is the recipe that you are looking for and I will see if I can post it - alternatively why not look on the recipe on the SW website?

I lost 1lb at this weeks weigh in earlier today making it 16lbs altogether.
Kind of expected it to be a small one this week though so I'm not disappointed by that.
Have fallen of the wagon a bit this weekend but I'll be firmly back in control by monday morning.

Well done puddings for the weight loss. I also fell off the wagon this weekend but firmly back in control today! I lost 1 pound this week, making it 10 pounds in total. Bit disappointing but what can I expect! Lol!

Just done my WI and I am 11.9 so stayed the same Phew not another gain the boot last week must have helped. Off on a 500 miles round trip so not back until Wednesday. Picking my Dad up he will be with us for Easter. Think I might have to start seriously again after Easter but will try to be good in the meantime. Welcome to all the newbies sorry I have not got time to mention you all. Good luck everyone who is WI today.

I have just hit the scales and for the second week running my weight has remained the same. I must try harder.
I have been walking the dog briskly for at least 2 miles a day and even on 'bad' days my calorie intake has been less than 1500 even counting the half biscuits I share with my dog! It seems a big change from my previous slouched on the sofa eating crisps and cheese lifestyle.
I guess it is true that the weight gets harder to shift as you near your goal. I am 5ft 5 and now weigh 10st 5lb. I would love to be 9 stone again but I will happily settle for nine and a half. Wish me luck, I need it.

Well done puddings 1 lb in the right direction, to all the maintainers it is all worth it in the end, no gain means you must be doing something right:j :j
