Me too, but perhaps we have come to this too late to hear Honey's story. It is obviously good.

Hello all, can't believe that we are onto LW11 already! sorry i haven't been around lately, things have been a bit rough - actually make that a lot rough. There has been a bit of comfort eating but i think i'm getting back on track. Hello to all our new peeps and some old faces too! flis, did you know that Radley have 14% of the UK handbag market? They were recruiting in last week's Grocer too but hte salary was too scary to contemplate. Victory I am in awe of your progress - it seems there is no stopping you. Thats all for now but I would like to put out a plea for some help that is not weight loss related . . . if any of you have any experience, good or bad, in running societies, groups, clubs etc, with constitutions and committees and all that stuff will you please, please pm me? I could really do with some advice as I've spent all day sunday and all night monday and tuesday trying to deal with things related to it and I'm sinking under the weight of it all.

Are you saying you hope to lose 4lbs in a week?

Heavens NO! I'd never put myself under that much pressure but if I lose 2 lbs this week I'll have lost 4 in all hence the 'doubling' :)

Well done for taking this step clairefun :T

Someone has said on here that you don't really need scales to tell you if you feel good about yourself (sorry I don't know who you all are:o ). But you say that your clothes are not right anymore, and that's something to work towards, cos if you feel good in your clothes, that's a great step forward as you will feel good inside too.

You sound to have a lot of good things going on to do to keep you occupied, so I hope you do really well. It will also help your little'n to see all this fresh air activity too.

You should drink though - try having a glass of water after you go have a wee - that way you get more liquid in you without thinking about it. It's good for you too - not just weight wise - but helps keep your skin glowing!

well hello again, everyone seems to be doing very well I see.

Finally went bk to the gym today, only did 50 mins but i did a little bit of everything to get myself back into the swing of things rather than punish myself too hard. i weighed myself and i have only put on 1/2 lb after my fall from the wagon so all is not lost. I'm going to be extra good and see if i can get some significant loss by next week.

Welcome all the newbies (so many it's hard to keep up now!)

Sorry it's only a short post, i would like to reply to everyone individually but dont have much time today, and it seems that everyone else has contributed so much there's not much else needing to be said. Brilliant advice as usual consultant, honey, victory, petrichor, just to mention a few... sorry anyone i forgot. Newbies listen up these ladies know what they are talking about!!!!!
