Well let's see if the challenge can keep me on track. Having asked to be put back on the list I went completely to pot! Daren't even go near the schales but day 1 tomorrow. I feel ashamed that I went so badly off the plan - I have eaten everything in sight and feel horrible for it - why do we put ourselves through this?

Anyway, now I've come clean and I am going to really try and get back on track. Seeing that so many of you are doing so well has given me the required kick up the wotsit and hopefully I can succeed in the May challenge.
Proud to be dealing with my debts

I have been nominated in the exchange compliments thread, just seen it and been on it to put my two pennies worth, I said Puddings because I know he finds it hard and has had his fair share of struggles but is being strong and honest and is keeping with it, that is to be commended, I know how he feels and can relate to it....

Every single one of you of course because without a shadow of a doubt without you I would have folded and just agreed with myself to be fat, unhealthy, unhappy because the struggle alone would have been too much to bear but knowing we are all doing the challenge together and there are others out there that can relate to how hard it is and that we are all human and have flaws has been my saving, I thank each and every one of you for your help, encouragement, support and more importantly for not thinking of me as a fat witch and not making me feel bad about myself.

Now it has gone all slushy because of the exhange compliments thread I also nominated Suggs because you are funny, compassionate and helpful,Petrichor because you are full of good advise and your posts are always uplifting and funny, Erlqueen like your posts, you rock, Honey would not be the same without you Lois lane thank you for your time consultant31 thank you for your time and help, Beanie always soft in your support approach and that is hugely appreciated,
dawny, freebie, joji, thrifty ,Rachyour posts are always read and appreciated, to the newbies look forward to getting to know you all...
    Every single one of you

    Thank you

I read about this too and it seems that it's because eggs leave us filling fuller for longer due to the protein content (no surprise there then!), but for those that want to read it -http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/health/dietfitness.html?in_article_id=452282&in_page_id=1798 I think that a relevant point is that the survey was done by the American Egg Board ;)

However for those people that like eggs, then it gives the go ahead to eat as many as you want i.e. they don't set a weekly limit as has been the vogue during the last few years. I've never limited my egg intake but then I don't have any problem with high cholesterol.

Neko I've added you to the list for the May challenge, hope that's OK, don't want you slacking just because you're not on the list :D

I must admit that I didn't know such a thread existed, so thanks for pointing it out, you sloppy old fool you Victory, I'm not too sure yet what it's all about but, you've even got me filling up:o

So when I'm finished here, I'm going to be brave and venture further afield.

    Hi All star-wars-smiley-5472.gif

beanie We aren't used to you being negative so I presume that it was only a typing error when you said 'I've failed the May one miserably', and thriftykatie 'feeling ashamed' is negative too and you don't want that attitude to follow you into the weekend, so I hope you're having a better day today.

    jmf76 Welcome back :T

Neko I don't very often blow my own trumpet but I am an expert on ignoring Jelly Babies and wish to refer you to a post of mine on 30th Jan http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=4166987&postcount=827 That very same box of Jelly Babies still remains unopened.

I shall smugly sign off for now :D
