Hi all!
firstly, I'd like to join the may challenge - though not quite sure what it is! Secondly, 3llb weight loss this week. Whooooop whooop! Very pleased - I'm sure not eating nuts is helping. Did anyone see in the paper yesterday that eating eggs aids weight loss? A couple of eggs a day (maybe for brekkie) is meant to be fantastic.

Hi all
The monthly challenge is a method we have devised to set ourselves 'bite-size' targets.
The April challenge ends on Wednesday 9th May, when we will start the May challenge, which will end on 30th May.
For the last couple of months the majority of us have aimed to lose 5lbs, but if you want to set yourself a different target, that's fine.
I'll endeavour to keep track of your progress in the weekly update.
If you want to join in, copy and paste the list of names, add your name to the end and post a new message, or you can email me or pm me
I hope that clarifies things for anyone not sure.

Hello again.. I'm after more help! I've got 2 meals out, on Friday I've got a Chinese with work, then on Saturday a BBQ with church. What can I eat
I'm not sure about what to eat at the Chinese, sorry. I'd just eat whatever I wanted and make up for it later. I guess the best thing to eat would be anything that isn't covered with sweet sticky sauce / batter or deep fried.
For the sweet at the BBQ - there is a list of receipes which you can follow from the first post of this thread or even....
