    Hello all,
    I was wondering if i am able to join your group!
    My name is Sylvia and I need to loose weight. I lost a load at ww years ago but put it back on (and more) gradually over the years and especially when i had ds (now 5 in june) I had a dd 9 weeks ago and I actually weigh less then before i got pg (too much wine b4!!!):o
    So I am determined to loose this weight as DP proposed to me after our daughter was born and I have told him I want to loose about 4 and a half stone before we will get married...I am sure he thinks that it will be 2012 at least lol:rotfl: but I want to prove him wrong !:D
    Anyway enough of me rambling!

    Hello again.. I'm after more help! I've got 2 meals out, on Friday I've got a Chinese with work, then on Saturday a BBQ with church. What can I eat:confused:

    Chinese - I'll have soup if everyone else is having a starter, and boiled rather than egg fried rice. What to have for the main course though, that is reasonably low fat?

    The BBQ, everyone takes something, I'm down for crisps (get some of the crisp mountain out the house!) and a dessert. Any ideas for a low fat, low calorie dessert? If the worst come to the worst I'll take a big bowl of strawberries, bit of a cheat though!:D
