    anyway...back to the books (which i never left..remember...i wasnt here...!:A )

As you're not here kat, I'm not going to mention that I finally remembered those excercises and that similar ones are not shown here http://www.sofeminine.co.uk/fitness/05galbezcuisses/05galbezcuisses1__theme=1&page=5&-Firming-the-outer-thighs.html and not here either http://www.sofeminine.co.uk/fitness/05galbezcuisses/05galbezcuisses1__theme=1&page=8&-Toning-the-inner-thighs.html

I think I said the other week that it was the rolling from one side to the other between L&R legs that I found to be useful, not necessarily the excercises themselves - but I'm not going to repeat that either:cool:

Only when you have finished your exams can you try them out otherwise your legs will drop off as punishment :D

    Good luck with your exams

Hi everyone, thanks for the chocolate suggestions..went down like a lead balloon with the kids!! They have their sweets and choc in a drawer each in the sideboard, looks like I'll have to put a lock on it and give them the only key!! :D I'll nag them into eating it up in the next few weeks when I'm still feeling so positive, so there won't be any when I get bored in about a month.

Had a great day, shopping in Tesco straight after morning work, planned to have a jacket and beans in the caffe, but it was SHUT. Bought a punnet of stawberries instead and scoffed the lot on the way out of the shop which kept me going til I got home and made an omelette. Very proud of myself, that was just the time I would normally have bought a pack of doughnuts!

    Evening All,

And A very Happy Birthday to Mr. Suggs.

Thought I'd weigh in tonight to bring me into line with the Wednesday weigh in... so I'm ignoring the fact that I've gone up a little... It's all water I tells ya!

    I'm at 73.6kgs, or 11.8 stone.

    Have a good evening all!

Have ha a look at the "Lightrt Life" website which had a link from another site.....

Looks ok but there is no mention on the cost of it..........

Have tried other "eating plans" but tend to have more bad days than good.

Thought with this - no planning just a drink......

May get slated for writing this but if you dont ask you dont know do you.

    So quick recap

    Anyone tried it?
    How much does it cost?
    Any thing else to try?

Hi Lizzie - you won't get slated here, we've all got the same thing in common, which is that we want to lose weight, and I'm sure most of us would try anything if we thought it would work! :)

I just happen to have read a post on another thread about Lighter Life, and apparently it costs £66 per week! I don't know anyone who has followed the plan, so I can't say whether it works or not, however their advertising makes big claims (but then, it would!).

I don't think I'd spend that much money, but it's your choice, at the end of the day. I think Lighter Life consists of meal replacements, like the Cambridge Diet, and those kind of diets don't re-educate you to eat healthily so my concern is that once you stop paying for it and go back to what you were eating, the weight will just be regained.

Let us know what you decide.
