Hi Loops - well done, that's a great result in 2 weeks! :T You're on the list.
I recommend you buy the SW book for shopping at Asda - I've got the Sainsbury's one and it is really useful. It lists things in a different way to the syns book - syn free foods are all grouped together, followed by low syn foods, and then finally foods with lots of syns for when you can't resist something really naughty!

Hi all !
Haven't posted for a few days - been really busy with work.
Have eaten my body weight in fruit and veg today (not on purpose, it just happened that way!) but still feel a bit "picky" if you know what I mean.
Have walked the dog and had a big pint of squash to see if it was boredom/thirst but the pangs are still there.
Does anyone else have the urge to eat when there's really no need?
Am determined to lose at least 1lb this week (weigh in on Sunday) as I maintained last week (all self inflicted).
If the weather is a bit better tomorrow I am going to embark on my first training run for the Race for Life - I did mean to start on Sunday but it rained and yesterday was manic. Just hope it doesn't make me hungry!!!
Take care
R
PS well done to all those that have lost this week:T0 -
When does the 5lb challenge end?
I know its early May but need to know how long I have left to get rid of a bit more?????0 -
