Got really confused when I read this thead today but after going back a page or two it appears that Lose weight 11 and another from Debt free wannabe board have been merged so Hello :wave: to all those from DFW who are joining us. All welcome and good luck with the weight loss!

Hazzie - I have one - its not great - I clock up a few steps everytime I take my trousers up and down at the loo :rotfl: I think you are recommended to do 10,000 steps a day - HTH

See we`ve been merged again,went away for half an hour and it had jumped 6 pages,thought I`d been in a coma or summit.lol.

It either goes back to DFW and our small thread or I won't bother contributing. So much for community! :mad:

Hi guys.

I feel like I am in good company! Well healthy eating is going well and I'm hoping to lose another 2 lbs this week.

My cousin is getting married in just under 2 weeks and I'm hoping to have nearly got down to 12 stone or there about only another 4.5 lbs to go! :j

But the big target is the 21st of July. One of my Aunt's died suddenly last year and her daughter has arranged a big party in her memory this year and I intend to be a size 12 and if not at my target weight then very close to it. So fingers crossed.

Although all are welcome I do think it's a shame that DFW's aren't allowed to have their own little local club.

Maybe all the slimming threads should be moved to the "health" forum but still be allowed to be kept separate.

Maybe we could have a lose weight thread for each forum and hold some sort of interforum weightloss tournament

Have you asked the DFW boards about moving your thread back over to DFW?

I`d hate to think anyone would drop out of any weight loss thread because it has been merged.

We could be the DFW slimming club and compete in an obsessive manner with other "clubs" or "threads" :rotfl:

Could get complicated though!
