ok my current weight is 9st 2, would like to ideally be 7st 10 but realistically 8st 2. Weighed in this morning and will do every monday to report (non) progress

I'm in! I have an appalling amount to lose but I'll take it a stone at a time - I'm 1 stone down already!

so I want to lose another stone in the next 2 months - thats my first target.
