Just got back from my Rosemary Conley class and i've lost 2.5 ibs this week yeah i'd love to loose the same agin next week as my total will be 7LBs in 4 weeks which isn't too bad.

Hi everyone, can I join please.

I have about a stone to lose and would like to do this before my hols in October. I'm only 5' tall and weigh 9st 8lbs I would love to be under 9st and think this is just the motivation I need. My target for this week will be 2lbs.

I usually stay on mse until late, but thats when I start picking so to avoid temptation i'm off to bed, hubby will die of shock now. Had a good day, resisted the pasties in work and had a sandwich when I got home, feeling peckish now so me and a banana are off to bed

I've not long got in after a tiring day at work, a friend showed me some new exercises last night that seem to work almost all my muscles, seems like fun, must give that a proper go tomorrow morning.

I've been on the nibbles this evening as per usual, have to get that sorted! hehe!

Oh and I really need to weigh myself sometime, haven't done this for a year or so, I just know that my love handles have been getting larger!!!

they have moved it thats upsetting as i dont venture out of dfw, i wonder if we ask it be moved back they will do it?

At least we haven't been merged with another thread,I would have liked it to stay on DFW,but I suppose we will have to venture out more often

Does anyone have those step counter thingys? Are they worth buying and how many steps are you suppost to do in a day?

I`ve tried counting my steps this morning and only got to 14 then I forgot to count!
