Snag is I have a back problem just now which is going to halt any exercise plans I may have had - smaller portions and healthier food then - that's it for now.Resolution:

I have lost 6lbs in 4 weeks, and am now going to add some exercise into the equation (I used to be fit but the FMS took that away from me!!). So count me in, I want to lose 2 stone in 3 months before the Rock Festival that I go to, (Very MSE, £35 for a 4 day hol with lots of bands and fun!), and my exercise will be free too, walking, and dusting off some old exercise videos that I've never had the heart to ebay!
Hi joeblack,
I am low-carbing too, I was just wondering how you are getting on with this in terms of cost. Have you found you can manage it ain a DFW way?I'm the only gay in this forum

LL, when do you do these? I didn't know I was in
and so didn't post last week's loss up here. 'Twas only a pound anyway, but better off than on etc lol
Hi Ajax - yes, you're in the club! I update the chart on Wednesday evenings, but just post your weekly result whenever you get weighed, and I'll add it to the chart.

I'm in for 2lb a week - at that rate I'd be a size 10 by graduation - in my dreams!! :rotfl:2007 Bronze Olympic Challenge: Total £1057.34 :jDFW Nerd 269: Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts0

Well if we are going for targets I would like to lose 2lbs by next monday. Don't want to say my current weight just yet but suffice to say I am nowhere near the 10st 4lbs I was the summer before I became pregnant with DS. At 5' 8" that was a bit too slim for me so happy if I can reach 11st 4lbs. Although I have kept those lime green super skinny jeans just in case :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

Hi, KateW here, been away a while. Good luck to everyone and hope the good weather is getting y'all out and about!
I went to Paris for a week with my 5 year old over the Easter holidays, and came back about 4Ibs lighter! Why? everyone walks everywhere - small city. Plus, the friend we stay with is a real skinny Minnie and so the cupboards were quite bare. Anyway, came back feeling slimmer, then promptly put it on again, or most of it. So, on Saturday, began my new regime with a cycle with 5 year old, and a nice active weekend, and today went for 30 mins alternating walking-running. Managed to eat healthily today, and drink lots of water, but have drunk some red wine and pondering now whether some low-fat Greek yoghurt and those frozen forest fruit berries would be sinful? Trouble is, I get hungry - and am at a bit of loss some evenings after 5 year old has gone to bed.
Ah, well, nice to see how you're all doing again.
Best wishes.0
