I don't class that as a reasonable answer, I have tried to help you here.
It is the job that is the lowest in the department. It is not classed as a trainee job and nor are you really training to be anything in it.
It is just jobs like setting up meeting rooms, turning on data projectors, setting up laptops at meetings, ordering food for meetings, setting up lists of who is coming to these meetings.:beer:0 -
I don't want a list of tasks..........
I just wanted to read the job ad............giving details of what will be your duties...ad experience details........hours..........Panda xx

so what did you do? left it and never phoned another i presume. Sage is an accounting package, if you can't use it they won't put you into an accounts environment. If you can't type 400 words a minute they won't put you somewhere where it's needed.0 -

I have given you the main duties (which are really just making sure meetings run smothly and all the setting up of them is right) It says requires recent office experience, the hours are 40 hours a week.:beer:0 -
My boyfriend applied for about 40 before he was offered anything and he was a manager before that.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040

That is just me though as I set my heart on wanting something and that gives me the drive to try and get it and it does result in me getting upset and very hurt when I don't get it.:beer:0 -

can I just say I have recent office experience......
I'm going to ask another question in the hope you will read my vieled attempt at directing you towards applying for a job that perhaps utilises your SKILLS...
the job you phoned in for......was it for an accounts assistant? No in your skills area again........you need to gain either more experience or go to your careers advisor and let them point you in the right direction.
In all honesty sp I wouldn't give you a go. If I bother to advertise a job stating needs recent office experiece (or insert whatever job) thats what will keep your cv on the table. If no experience on cv you will be filed in the B tray.
Go to your careers advisor on campus, they will put you on the right path for either applying for the correct jobs or gaining worthwhile experience.Panda xx
