But then you could be over qualified and experienced, hence not getting a job, it's all in getting the balance right, if you're too qualified for the post the person in charge may think you are after their job and so not hire you.
I agree with that, but on this one even though I am slightly over qualified for it, most of the other people in the dept have masters or PhDs, so there really is no risk of me taking their jobs or getting promotion.:beer:0
