** PS&P Ltd Debt collectors due to CPP fine **

if one (which i know they wont) turned up on my doorstep,all i can say is this,,,they certainly WOULD need recovering,think vinnie jones and the ,,stayin alive advert,,???????.

I received the very same letter this morning, in fact I just posted a question, didn't see this thread.

I will do the same and just ignore it!

Just received a second letter from PS&P saying 'Second Application' outstanding arrears owing to CPP, and should pay by return to avoid further recovery action.

Not sure how far they are going to go but continuing to ignore at the moment!!

Just means they are getting desperate, just continuing to ignore is the best option.

FURTHER recovery action? What have they done so far? And where is the doorstep field collector??

Its all hot air of course. Continue to ignore them. If they had a case, you'd have been to court by now!

Had the second letter from PS &P last week, now received a letter today stating 'arrears notice' basically saying either forward full amount of £96.00 or at the very least a written offer to discharge the whole amount within a short period and include first payment.
Failure to comply within 7 days of this notice they will instruct their External Collector to attend the property for the purposes of collecting the debt in full!!!!

Which won't happen, continue to ignore them. Debt collectors have no powers at all to demand payment in these situations

Just keeping you updated, had letter today from PS&P stating options on how to pay, if not received in 7 days case will be passed to external collectors who will attend property with intention of collecting remaining balance. If they cant do this they will attempt to assess the goods that could be removed by County Court bailiffs at a later date, should the necessity arise.

Totally out of order. Can you copy this,remove personal bits first, ,, host it on tinypic and copy the url for message boards, post it on here but remove http bit first. This may well be a case for trading standards.
