** PS&P Ltd Debt collectors due to CPP fine **

Hi all, I received this letter this morning and started to worry, but luckily someone reassured me that these guys are no more than debt collectors who have no powers.
Just wanted to post the picture for others who may be worried. This letter was sent as they were appointed by Car Parking Partnership.
Has anyone had dealings with them?
(I have rotated and saved, but it keeps coming up like this!)

Not seen that letter before but clearly just another debt collector letter-chain for you to ignore like we all do! Without the PPC winning in Court (won't happen!) then this is all you will get, boring junk mail for a few months till they give up. Some debt collectors phone up but that's easily stopped if it happens. No-one will or can send the boys round! This is nowt to worry about at all.
Can you keep posting the letters as they arrive, so that Crabman can add them to the second to top thread please?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Completely devoid of information. No idea what the 'matter' in question is.
No different from scrawling 'give me fifty quid' in crayon.0 -
Oh absolutely, I will do!
Thank you so much!! I had knots in my stomach about this as I had them confused with Baliffs!"I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -

That's what I thought as well, there was no backing information about the situation.
Thanks for posting!"I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -
Thanks very much, I've added this to the Letterchains thread :beer:0

What a cheek a charge of £1 to pay by debit card , which costs pennies for the company. Still they like their brethren should be utterly ignored for private parking invoices. Ain't ever seen these scammers before either.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
...we will continue action to recover the outstanding debt.
What action might that be then? You can't sue anyone, as you're only acting as an agent. You have no court warrant. You're stuffed.
Good luck with that one PS&P!!Je Suis Cecil.0 -
They have been "appointed as debt collectors"? What debt would that be????0

Hi, I've just received two of these same letters today, for parking "offences" in uni from last year. You really have to laugh at how vague they are.
Don't pay them a penny0 -
Carry on ignoring, they must be a new debt collectors in town druming for business, buying up old "debts" on a no collect no-fee basis for the scammers.0
