No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries in August!

Just a quick post to say, I'm definitely back in for August and hoping to do better than the last couple of months - July's final totals were 30 IN, 35 UU, not bad but could do better!

Thank you to ruby_eskimo for getting the new thread up and running.

Maddiemay - I also have fine but lots of it hair in a bob style length and really like the Trevor Sorbie Volume range, they do a spray if you find that mousse is too heavy.

I've started off August as I mean to go on with three UU:

TBS Strawberry Shower Gel - WBA

No.7 Soft & Soothed Cleanser - WBA in theory but I'm sure there's equally good products which are cheaper

Avon Planet Spa African Shea Butter hand cream - WBA - lovely stuff

Will post my updated stash list once I've had chance to edit it.

I plan to have as many 'no spend' days generally as poss this month as have hols, a Christening, birthdays etc coming up so expensive but fab time.

Ems - 35 used ups in a month is great! :j As long as your UU beats the number of INs you're winning :rotfl: I hope you have a good August with as many no spend days as possible. It sounds like you have some lovely events coming up :beer:

I have a UU that I'm particularly pleased about. This has taken ages to finish and I'm looking forward to using something more effective:

71. Roc Retin-Ox Intensive Anti-wrinkle cream for eyes (15ml) - WMBA

The reason I'd consider buying it again (once I've finished everything else!) is that I think this may have been a duff tube. The first tube I had made me think I'd found my HG eye cream. I bought this second tube cheaply from a website and it didn't smell the same. I don't think it was a fake (it was a reliable site) just maybe past its best... :eek:

Ladies, I really need your help the next two months. My budget is sooooo little, and I keep wanting to shop.

I am going to buy one nail polish on saturday and that's it! That's all I will buy in the next two months. PROMISE ! lol

Oh oops, other than some small toiletries for my holiday in Mid sept, but other than that, NO MORE BUYING! Please yell at me if I come on here with IN's

I'm sure you'll do great I'm planning on a no spend month, (just Amarya box) and possibly some freebies.

Im in and late...I thought it was just you ladies being quiet then realised it was Aug 2nd. My stash is looking very dismal but theres lots of weird nearly used stuff like foot cream to get through.

well ladies, we are on day two of this month's challenge and I have in in to declare already - IN White to brown self tan, I ordered this last month but I it arrived today so I'm declaring it this month.
