spent ages painting nails on hands and feet last night with base ,colour and top coat....used the free polish with Glamour and wished I had not bothered as even with 3 coats it is still see through and looks really cheap:( and decided orange is def not my colour!think I will have to paint over tonight as going to see DS2 tomorrow and staying in a hotel,DH would not help with the choice of where to stay so booked a room only as refused to pay £20 for breakfast when we normally only have 1 slice of toast due to diets,of course he is now moaning that he will starve!!!said i'd take a cereal bar and we can have a drink with it in the room, will be interesting to share a bed after a week ion seperate rooms! He keeps asking when I am going back into his bed, said when I am asked and he made it worth doing!....cat still staying with me:)

used tressemme sachets (from little beauty box) as pool last night, shampoo and conditioner then used the leave in stuff once I got home as could not read instructions without my glasses, only used about a third of the sachet and that was plenty, don't think I actually have split ends anyway:rotfl:

had a major sort out yesterday so stash all tidy in cupboard and made space for DHs stuff as planning to buy new chest of drawers and get rid of tallboy bought for £10 32 years ago!!!also packing my winter clothes in a case as too many in wardrobe,he looked a bit concerned and asked what was going on,just said getting prepared for whatever might happen!

Thanks for all the kind words everyone, it's nice to have lovely people to talk to :)

A naughty IN for me today, spotted for £1 in a local chemist-
Lux Shower cream in 'Glowing touch'

Didn't know Lux was even made anymore, I used to use it all the time as a student about 8 years or so ago. Reminded me of old times and I need new shower gel soon anyway :)

    Happy Birthday Flirtini!

I'm back in this month and am definitely not buying anything before my hols in mid August - I do not need minis! Although not sure if I will be able to resist Bath and Body Works whilst in the States, I will do my best to try!:D

Belated birthday wishes from me too Flirtini.

Oooh Bath and Body Works I could write a list. Make sure you have a sniff of these as they are gorgeous - White Citrus, Japanese Cherry Blossom and Sweet Pea.

INow for my confessions:- I thought I was cured as I didn't bat an eyelid at the REN offers or BS or any other then...............today I fell of the wagon big style - oops:rotfl:I blame those folks on the Grabbit board for my downfall but hey....I got 6 small bottles of Soltan (handbag size) for the price of one (and they will be used on next months cruise (my excuse is that a small bottle is easier to carry on the day trips:D), then on line I got the Sanctuary offer along with a Lego and syvannian families toy which will be put away for my niece and nephew for Christmas.

Ooo where are you cruising to bunnykins? We go on our first cruise next Saturday and I am so excited. I've bought Ultrasun sunscreen to take with us.

Hugs to everyone who needs them. We're all thinking of you.

No more UUs but I think I'm gonna have to go out tomorrow and buy a tube of Elemis Gentle Rose Exfoliator. I can't stand the thought of running out whilst on holiday (bet PasturesNew has now keeled over in shock at this comment!). I tried the Johnson's exfoliator that Emma has the other night and it unfortunately it foamed up so left my skin tight after removing it. My skin feels awful at the moment - have quite a few spots on my chin but I suspect these are hormonal as I've stopped taking the pill. Are there any offers on in JL re: Elemis at the moment?
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

lol that's a bit like me, except I've been gardening at my new house that I got today :D and nail varnish is all chipped so I'm going to take the polish off and leave them for a couple of days as got more work to be done this weekend.
    Wine has been opened :rotfl:
