  • Hey :)

I agree with Buffythedebtslayer. Do what you can, when you're ready and when you feel you can.

Sorry you're having such an emotional time right now. Have you thought about getting some sort of memorial for him at home? Not really sure how it all works and the costs involved, but a bench or tree etc in a nice park (or somewhere that was special to you both?) that you can escape to and spend time thinking about him might be nice. :)

Can't believe your little girl is nearly here! I hope the last weeks of pregnancy are easy for you. :)

Thank you for your words. I feel much better today, weekdays are always good as I am at work. Not sure what will happen when I go on maternity leave, just hoping that baby will show up pretty quickly afterwards. I have 4 weeks left, finishing on the 9th November, though I am tired, I know it does only good to me.

Birdie, I wish to do a memorial but I have no energy whatsoever. I still haven't done the photobook and I need to place order before the end of October so I guess I have to get my strength together and go through the pictures. I am planning to go to Poland next April for his birthday and introduce baby to his family. I also asked his best friend's wife to order me/us a wreath for November and take it to the cementary.

Hi Kavics - so near to the birth of your little girl. You sound a bit stressed - I am sure everything will fall into place - you are so organised. Once your daughter arrives even though it will be emotional you will have her to channel all your love and energy into. take care x

I can't believe it's the middle of October, it goes so fast. I am just about to sort the pictures out and start on the photobook, I am not going anywhere today, feel just so tired.

I went to see the midwife and she scared me a little bit as baby girl's heartbeat was quite irregular and she is still on the small side. But she is moving a lot, I actually felt her foot on the side of my tummy this week, was very sweet.

I started to move the direct debits as well to my new account, only need to call life insurance and home insurance next week and it's done. I have literally no money left till the end of the month but should be fine as all the bills were paid and I don't need to buy anything. I have money on saving account so if necessary I can move it.

Hope everything's ok with little girl - I've heard that the size guesses are pretty inaccurate in many cases. My sister they thought was going to have a small one - she was 9lb 10 oz! Are they going to do any extra monitoring?

Hope you have a restful day today.

Direct debits moved, new account set up and ready to roll on. I left some money on old account just in case I missed something.I have 11 days of work left, I can't wait to finish.

It is a busy week this week, I have my second antenatal class, my birth talk with the midwife and doula and also got the British Citizenship ceremony on Tuesday. I need to pick up one more thing for baby and than I am ready. I'm doing a first aid course today, just to refresh everything before baby is born.

Heartburn returned, it's really bad. I've started to feel a bit better, not as much emotional. I miss him deeply, I can't believe it's been 5 months already :(.
  • Hey Kavics not long now

I can't remember where you live now but hope you do have people around you.

11 days left of work and then a whole new world awaits.

Massive hugs and love to you xxx
