egg ppi cheque time

Hi, I put a claim in against egg which was upheld, quite quick only took 3 weeks to get offer letter back. Sent that back on the 13th July and letter said 10-15 days to receive cheque. I have read a few stories of them not sticking to this 10-15 days and taking much longer. Anyone have any experience of this? Cheers K

The number of PPI complaints received has dropped significantly since 2012 when this thread was started. It should not surprise that the response time has improved as a result.
