RG - I only take enough water to wet my mouth or I get sloshy too
For those of you who haven't seen the blog - I spent some of last week in hospital due to being bitten by something obnoxious while I was away! So I lost a few days but back on it now, into Core Cardio and Balance week
HBS x
OMG I hope your ok, I forgot about checking your blog, but did wonder why it was so quiet.
I don't think I'll do 2 again, I felt great, I suppose because it was Pilates based but done cardio resistance this morning and it was tough going. Still week 1 done and still smiling :T0 -

Good luck SBH81! I felt great after the first few days, bit achey till then!
I embark on the second month on Friday. Eep! Thinking of trying Insanity Asylum, P90X or ChaLEAN after this

It does, but you really have to dig through the aches! On my second fitness test I beat Chris on power knees
You can do it!

It doesn't get easier, you simply get better
When I started P90x in March of this year, I can only do 4 standard pushups. Fast forward 5 months, I was able to do 42 push up jacks in the first fit test.
The human body is a machine and can perform incredible tasks with the right training, rest and nutrition.
HBS- with Chalean - I was told it will never be available in the UK Beachbody site. However, it can be purchased from Beachbody.com (US site via "International" ordering) thereby making it in Region 1 DVD.
Insanity Asylum is much more insane than Insanity! They're also releasing Vol. 2 of Asylum
Beachbody is giving away free t-shirt once a program is completed- subject to certain conditions.
Maybe we will get so fit we'll be able to participate in Tough Mudder?

*sadface* I'm not sure I can use region 1 DVDs! Boo hiss
Do quite fancy Asylum though. We should put a Tough Mudder team together when we're all finished Insanity!

Day 2 out of the way and I was actually sick after it.... I only had water this morning so only that came up (nice I know) I was just sipping the water and not gulping it down, any ideas why this happened? I now have a throbbing headache.Married 1st October 2015:heartpuls

Lack of fuel in your body? Even if you just have some Lucozade beforehand it's still fuel. *hugs*
It's not unknown to throw up after these workouts - my OH retched a bit, the guy who put me onto Insanity did it several times and I've felt sick before but have a pretty strong stomach! You're putting your body under immense strain, but it will adapt.
Ensure you're taking the breaks you need to, dig deep, treat the headache, get a good night's sleep and see how you feel tomorrow - you might be ready to jump right back in!
EDIT - I've cried and had headaches and allsorts - I know a few of the peeps here are following my blog so feel free to have a look SBH81!
Also...am I wrong and crazy for REALLY looknig forward to Max Interval Circuit on Friday?

Thanks HBS I will try the lucozade beforehand tomorrow, I used to go to bootcamp and was never sick then but maybe I'm pushing it more now, My head ache hasn't shifted all day!! OH finds this hilarious, he will be laughing on the other side of his face when he does it tonight.
Yes I can confirm that you are crazy looking forward to that, wish I had your willpower.
Gonna scoot over to your blog now xMarried 1st October 2015:heartpuls
