  • Asylum? I REALLY want it, but sadly can't afford it at the moment. Might get it for Christmas though :)

I started this recently, and started week 2 on Sunday. I took body measurements on day 1 and day 8, and had lost 0.5 inch off of each of waist, hips, biceps, thighs, and bust. Obviously I don't expect this every week, plus the toning of the muscle will negate some of the fat loss I know, but it's nice to see evidence of body changing shape. 2lbs weight loss, although not following the eating plan, just trying to cut down on portion size and cut out the worst stuff at the moment.

Although it was intense and I couldn't complete 100% of every workout, it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I did what I could and when I couldn't do exactly what was being asked (or demanded!), I did my best to do as close as I could.

Unfortunately had to miss Mon/Tues due to a sickness bug, still not feeling 100% today, but going to pick up where I left off although my days will all be out of sync.
  • That's amazing, I have tried it and found it very tough after the fit test but like any workout, the more you do it, the more your body will get use to it.

  • Insanity is a fantastic workout, and it's just that..insane! I honestly couldn't make it to the end, I was just too tired, I'm going to try it for the new year and see if that can get me anywhere!

More or less the same price on beachbodyuk's website.

Think I'm going to take the plunge. Its basically £35 a month which is a 3 month gym membership which shows better results.

    Im going for it!

  • Buy it from the official website - £30 a month so you can spread it out :)

Gonna finish 30 Day Shred then do another Insanity round :D
