Just a warning - after the first couple of weeks it does get repetitive, so if you get bored easily you might find yourself grumping. Keep pushing through

Thank you for the input!
I am sure that my "form" isn't so hot at present that it will take me quite a while to get that correct. I do find that aspect hardest about exercising at home versus a gym class that there aren't loads of people around me to copy so I can get the steps quicker!

If you feel like your form is going, take a few seconds' rest with a big deep breath and get back into it. Better to do 5 reps with good form that 50 that are awful

Thanks for your support HBS! Day 4 now done!
Again I feel my "form' wasn't amazing at times as I struggle to even touch the floor as not very supple. Run or Lift I'm fine but Supple movements are more difficult. Still everything aches so must have had a good stretch out!

All in good time - I'm lucky enough to be quite bendy so I love stretching but I hate the running bits haha! Am gonna do Core Cardio and Balance later as I don't feel fully worked out from the gym.

Finished day 6 which was <mercifully> the short cardio abs class! Felt the burn and a degree of discomfort as well as the need to sweat on the floor!
