    Hi Clairibel
I looked at alldvdsonline and was interested because it was so cheap, however I have looked at scam advisor and it appears that people have been scammed by them so I will avoid it if I was you, unless anyone else knows any different.

I'm sick of the gym and thinking of going down the Insanity route. . . . .

    Is it really good???

  • Hi Guys! Started Insanity last weekend, anyone just started this year? I am loving it so far but I am in constant pain (the good kind!)

Any tips on keeping your stomach full, it is making me SO hungry and of course this is a cost! Any ideas for protein heavy snacks to keep me going?

london-lass: Protein shakes - Myprotein is a great site. Also nuts, chicken pieces and eggs. EDIT: Cottage cheese is great too, but I eat that by the spoonful so may be a bit mad.

Stu - you have to be really dedicated to finish it, but if you look at some of the posts on here we've all had good results.

I'm just about to start another round but will be combining it with HEAVY weights in the gym. I want to be STRONG!!

  • Oooh thanks for the tip, quite a fan of eggs especially because they are so quick after a shattering workout! Heartbreak_Star have you done any other beachbody work outs?

  • Once I have the money I'm thinking about trying P90X - heard good things! I wanted to do ChaLEAN but you can't get it in the UK :(

Jillian Michaels' workouts are pretty good, but much easier than Beachbody!

  • Yeah heard the same, one thing at a time for me though. I am still hobbling around the office but I have got through week 1! I have to say Brazil Butt Lift looks pretty inspiring too!

Hope you dont mind me reigniting this thread!

Does anyone know how long each workout is roughly?

First month they are around the forty minute mark. Haven't started the second month yet but I think they are longer.
  • Around an hour on the second month :)
