Depends on your fitness goal.
Is it to lose body fat?
Is it to increase your fitness level?
Is it to increase lean body mass?
P90x
There is a lot of variety in P90x and a great way to improve your overall fitness and strength. The downside is the need for pull up bar (costs £10-15) and weights (which can be expensive) or good quality resistance bands (as cheap ones will snap. Bodylastics are good quality).
There are plenty P90x transformation videos in youtube. It caters from novice (see Jeremy Yost transformation video) to advanced exercisers
Insanity
It's about cardio, endurance and using one's own bodyweight for resistance. It's really high intensity and can overwhelm someone who has not been exercising for quite some time.
Like what was mentioned before, it's not all about the exercise. It's more about nutrition. Avoid sugary food and bad carbs. Eat clean, train mean. Then you will see results.

Just done pure cardio :eek::eek::eek:
I survived and done cardio recovery straight after
Am feeling great now, can anybody recommend a good recovery drink, I want to avoid powerade, and typical overpriced sports stuff0 -

Apple or orange juice (not from concentrate) diluted with water and a pinch of salt. Also works with orange squash too. Google home made isotonic drinks“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
Cathy - be careful doing 2 in one day, if you overdo it it will hurt your body. Great that you feel so good though
RG - I only take enough water to wet my mouth or I get sloshy too
For those of you who haven't seen the blog - I spent some of last week in hospital due to being bitten by something obnoxious while I was away! So I lost a few days but back on it now, into Core Cardio and Balance week
