unrequited love?

I had this once but flaming ada, years later he did ask why I never 'took him in hand' so I did...several times.

However his technique wasn't - up to scratch - so once the novelty wore off, it really didn't live up to expectations.

i know, i'm a sap! i'm usually ok but when down or not appreciating my lot i do wonder what if. i know its not rational and totally loony and i do know that you are all so correct in your opinions...cider never helps the issue! i am so good at advising on other relationships yet on this fantasy one i can't stop myself.
(walking away here to give myself a very good talking to with a possible slap round the chops to get a grip!!!) yes he is gorgeous and has a body to die for but he could be a complete loser as a partner!!! Oh i need to wise up! its all in my head and not real!!!!!!!!!!

The way my good friend Karen used to put it; is that he's probably got toilet paper stuck in his 4 skin.

Crude - but works a treat. Unless they are 'cut'. In which case 'bum crack' works.

Pick at least one trait that's really important to you in a partner, then try and convince yourself that this guy is the complete antithesis to this - eg a body to die for? Maybe, just maybe, he spends his life in the gym, cancels dates to play sport, is intolerably vain and self-centred? If there's no evidence to the contrary, tell yourself it's true! Over and over and over again

I had a mahoosive crush on Shane Ward (not the cricketer - the ahem "singer"). I was absolutely convinced that if we met, he'd realise I was the woman for him. Never mind that I was 15 years older than him, married with 2 kids and he had a girlfriend...... I heard he liked older woman and his gf was blond - I was an older woman and blond (at the time).

I never went to see him in concert for fear of what would happen if our eyes met across the stage and screaming teenagers Seriously!

It was so out of the realms of possibility but it was nice while it lasted

PS I still think he's rather dishy!
