Cokezone olympic tickets HELP!

Anyone else see the empty 'corporate' seats during the gymnastics and swimming on TV? They could well belong to corporate sponsors like CocaCola!! No wonder they are empty if they run competitions and then withhold prize tickets. Like someone else said the press would have a field day with this if they knew the true story behind it all.
I understand these are mainly 'Olympic Village' tickets - i.e for athletes/coaches. This time Coca Cola are not to blame! I hope you all get this sorted tomorrow.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Right the plot thickens!
I have rang again and after being on hold for 10minutes they have told me that they have no information. They said that the information is coming from CocaCola and that they haven't been provided with this information. The call handler then told me that she isn't employed by CocaCola and they are simply providing services (ie call handling) to them which is why they have no information.
I asked for the phone number for CocaCola and was told that they don't have one! They are currently sending tickets out to people who won in other prize draws, but not yet for people who received the email telling them they would hear by 25th July. I told them that I was writing a complaint, took names and times of calls again, and that I would be pursuing this until the prizes were sent out to people. They are aware that lots of people are in this situation but wouldn't give numbers.0 -
I was kind of suspicious when they kept saying that they were waiting for information from coke makes sense now it is so annoying.0

I rang that number last week, gave all my details to a very helpful call handler only to be told they would get back to me in 5-7 working days!!! I explained the situation, but again she said she didn't have any information but would pass on my details.
What we need is a contact of someone at 'Head Office' as that is where every call handler I have spoken to said the information would be coming from. No idea what department it would come under.0 -
Thought I'd share what CocaCola had to say about the empty seats at the Games which they insist are nothing to do with them!
"At Coca-Cola, we have given the majority of the London 2012 tickets that we were able to purchase as a Worldwide Partner away to the public via competitions and promotions that allowed them to choose the event they really wanted to attend, giving thousands of people the opportunity to participate in the greatest show on Earth.
"In addition to consumers, we have also invited some longstanding partners, employees, and customers to attend the Games. All of our guests are incredibly excited to be able to be a part of London 2012 and we believe that useage levels of our tickets have been extremely high so far."
If they don't send our tickets out soon there will be a load more empty seats out there!0
