Cokezone olympic tickets HELP!

I was going to leave calling them until mid morning or slightly later in the hope they may have sorted out and at last got the information needed, i guess now you will just pick everything up from a chosen venue and need all ID etc to get tickets and visa card just wanted clarification ASAP.

im in the same boat aswell ive got 4 tickets for "something" on the 7th.
i emailed cokezone direct and they said they have passed my details onto the team that are distubuting the tickets.

the people who answer the 0800 number that was on the email are clueless and dont even have a list of the winners.

I expect better of a company as big as coca cola!!

When I have won things before with Coke zone it has always been really well organised, dont understand why this has been so bad. I was so excited about getting the email and now it is just one big hassle i have phoned so many times i get told call back in the morning if you dont get call but time is really running out now.

I've still heard nothing, the callcentre still have no details.

I don't understand why they say only 20 people have won, the terms and conditions of the prize draw said that there were 77 sets of tickets up for grabs across the days on offer. So where have the other tickets gone then?

I was also under the impression that these tickets came up at the last minute as they were unclaimed prizes from the win every 2012 seconds promo they did earlier in the year. So it doesn't make sense why they have no info as they've given away loads of tickets already.

Although interestingly you can no longer access the terms and conditions for the prize draw, just the Hyde Park ones.

When I spoke to them this morning they sounded very harassed. There's still no news and I've asked them to now not send the tickets to my home address as I won't get them. Fortunately we're staying with relatives some of the time we're down so we can get them delivered there but it's a complete faff. I'll call back after lunch and try again for an update.

Just spoke them again they are now saying if you have not heard by next Wednesday which is stupid as some of the events were only a couple of days later they said they do send out tickets by fed - ex but my event is for August the 6th and i am travelling to London on the 4th August anyway it just leaves so little time panic now argh

Thats mad! So do we have to fill in claim forms to get the tickets or are they just sending them straight out by Fed-Ex?

And are we to just book travel to London on the off chance that the tickets turn up?
