Just phoned that number he promised me he would escalate issue as high priority as only 1 week away promised me i should get an email within 48 hours but still leaves so little time to get all sorted out.

Phoned again, this time standing 100m outside the Olympic stadium. Still no news re tickets for the 7th. I've confirmed they have it noted not to send them to my home address.

Seems the promo agency (ark) we are all calling has no idea re the process at this stage- we may still need to send id back with forms but it is cutting it too tight i think to reasonably ask us to do this... nor does the agency have any news re the tickets we have won and all info lies with coca cola.. and they have no idea when they will know.. quite amazing really..... i hope the tickets (assuming we do get them) are good ones after all of this... fantastic case study this.. and amazing nothing in the newspapers about this...

Still no further updates I'm afraid guys, other than just to wait for the phonecall.

What dates are everyone's tickets for?

I am really trying to chase this up with them as I get the feeling that once they send one set of tickets out they will send everyones if it is just a case of getting the authorisation from their head office.

Mine are for the 11th August- Won them back in April.

Right guys, no promises but we may be getting emails either tomorrow or the day after with forms to complete in order to claim the tickets. You will need to sign these to agree to the terms and conditions etc. and you will also need to provide copies of ID for all 4 people the tickets are for. These will need to be sent back to Coke before tickets can be sent out. Now the email may state that the ID requirement has been relaxed due to the tight turn around, but I've not been able to get confirmation of this.

My advice now would be to get your ID ready and copied so that you can send your forms back as quickly as possible when you receive the form.

I really hope this helps everyone out, please keep posting onto this thread with any updates you get. The more of us that keep chasing this up the better our chances of getting it resolved for everyone I think

Not so sure- I was at North Greenwich yesterday and the people working there told me many of the empty seats were those allocated to sponsors and corporates....
