Cokezone olympic tickets HELP!

Just spoke to a girl on the 0800 number and she has still got no idea when they will be getting the ticket info from coke.She did however say that the filling id forms in may not be needed as you can show id at the venue.That to me sounds like the tickets will need to be picked up on the day!.when i said about people are being told to wait till wednesday she knew nothing about that.

Well I'm more than happy to collect my tickets in London on the day as long as they tell me which event it is for

I got told don't call us, we'll call you so I don't think coke love me anymore

Seems like we are all getting different messages which really doesnt not help, does anyone at coke zone know what they are doing, I am also happy to collect my tickets and just take ID but just being told full story would really help, now to wait until early part of next week makes it worse.See what happens next, i am starting to go off coke big time i think a nice cold drink of pepsi is in order now. :beer:

I've been on the Phone twice today. I was told that my tickets had been dispatched on the 24th and they would flag it up with Head Office. I've just called again as getting very concerned only to be told they hadn't been dispatched. AT this point I got rather angry. They wouldn't give me a date until I suggested the Press would have a field day if they found out one of the main sponsers of the Olympics couldn't even put tickets in the post and send them. They are now saying they will start sending out from Monday onwards. I was told to call Tuesday to see if they could update me. Not impressed at all- We bought Tickets for the Taekwondo and gave them away as the Coke tickets were for a Final. Having already spent £600 on Train and Hotel praying they arrive before the next Olympics.

I have just joined and want to wish everyone good luck in getting your tickets. I have given up now with the phone calls and emails and having the goal post moved all the time. My tickets are for
Thursday 2nd so only three working days left as today not received them. Wish now I hadn;t got my hopes and guest involved as thought it sounded too good to be true etc,

If we don't get prize where do we all stand surely by using are points and being told we are winners aren't Coke Zone in a legally binding contract with us?:(

I am yet another winner with no idea what i have won!!! I was due to hear by the close of play on 24th july- so several calls later and i just keep getting fobbed off like everyone else with the "it's another dept dealing with this but we cannot put you through", "we do not have any info", "someone will call you today/tomorrow". It is a total mess.. given they have issues with their actual site which kept crashing during the main competition- no medals for coke... and plenty of us now drinking pepsi it seems... i think we shld all insist they courier us the tickets with no reqs to fill in forms/send photos at this stage as it is madness...

i think we shld insist on them sent by courier and no form to be filled in as the time is so tight and they clearly have stuffed up big time on this.. a total mess

ive won tickets through coke zone for august 10th

ive rang every day since the 25th with no joy

in the mean time,i won some diving tickets through samsung for this coming monday
they sent a courier to my london hotel ,i am staying at within the hour

if i acted like coke did at my work,id probably be out of a job by now

So from tomorrow I shall be ringing morning and afternoon everyday insisting that they courier my tickets. I have contacted BBC, watchdog etc. but nobody has got back to me yet. I would urge others on the forum to do the same, we are all in the same situation and I am sure that we all just want our tickets to the Games.

Anyone else see the empty 'corporate' seats during the gymnastics and swimming on TV? They could well belong to corporate sponsors like CocaCola!! No wonder they are empty if they run competitions and then withhold prize tickets. Like someone else said the press would have a field day with this if they knew the true story behind it all.

I shall post any updates or new info that I get from them tomorrow, fingers crossed everyone!
