easy get all 4 people to give you a passport or driving licence scan it to your computer and send them an email with all the documents. How hard can it be.

I think the OP will have probably heard by now.

A friend got a phone call this afternoon regarding her tickets. She's very excited, but probably more so because she didn't celebrate the win until they had confirmed the details.

Coke seem to be very well organized and ready at their end, so give them a chance.

Still heard nothing.

Rang them again this morning and they told me they hadn't rang anyone yet as they don't have any details about it yet.

Pcombo I agree that your suggestion would be the easiest thing to do however, they don't accept emails or scanned copies, they have to be witnessed, countersigned and sent by post is what someone who won their tickets back in April told me and they have only just received their tickets this week.

Elle7 you said your friend had heard? Did your friend tell you what Cokezone told her she had to do to claim the tickets? I don't understand why when I ring up they deny all knowledge and yet they clearly are ringing other people. Are the tickets collect at venue or coming by post?

They are accepting emailed documents, although they have requested that they be countersigned and that details for the countersigner must be available to be contacted. She was a bit frantic about this yesterday but she appears to have sorted it now.

I believe she is getting them special delivery, as she was moaning about having to have time off to collect them. I'm not sure if collecting at the venue was an option, I'll ask her.

The call centre staff really don't seem to know anything. We called yesterday to ask about who was a suitable countersigner, and they denied knowing anything about it, and told her to contact the person who had spoken to her if someone had already been in touch. They seem to be genuinely in the dark.

i am in same boat i called them this morning still not heard a thing from them said i would get a call by end of day, my event is 6th Of August which is an even tighter turnaround so annoyed as need time sort out any info needed for them.

Ah right, thankyou. I'm assuming then that I need a photocopy of a passport for all 4 people rather than just for myself as the ticket winner?

I can get that sorted today whilst I wait for my phonecall as I can get a midwife to countersign for me. If I can send the photocopies electronically then time shouldn't be a problem provided they ring me at some point!

They said the same thing to me for the past 3 days! Every time you ring they say that the phonecall will happen today, but they don't have the details so can't help me themselves. I just wish they hadn't emailed me last week telling me I'd won this great prize only to not be able to tell me anything else.

I understand that they probably haven't been given the information but if it is just a case of filling in some forms and emailed scanned copies of passports then I can do that and email it today. It's just a pain that they won't give me an email address to send them to or anyone to contact.

I agree wished i had never won now as seems like lots hassle and no one at coke zone knowing anything about the prize when you call, how hard can this be.
