suggest we all ask NOT to have to do anything at all- no other competitions have required winners to supply ids and there is so little time.. i was told we might now hear on weds.... weird - wld love to know what has happened...

at least it looks like an end in site, been a nightmare will scan id ready to send i even sent a message to Martyn Lewis to see if he could help. I am still slightly worried as traveling to London this Saturday for an event Sunday so will still be tight turn around.

Hope not asking to post form as it would not possible with time schedule worried when saying about sign and post back hope at minimum scan and email just hope can ID with us.

Thanks everyone. I've been watching Twitter too and there are quite a few people with events very soon who are very nervous (@cokezone if you want to look).

I can't face phoning today, and will sit tight. On one hand I'm grateful for the chance they've given us, but the process has been far from painless. Needless paperwork, delays sending out for the early wins, and for the late winners a lack of realisation of the need for prompt communication.

Have been calling Cokezone every other day since 25th Jul, the only response I had was they have escalated to the head office and they have no information regarding the prize details or procedures.

I have just rang them up again today @ 11:20am, a female customer service operator mentioned that they have received 'some details' regarding the winners and will be contacted within today or latest tomorrow.

FYI - My event is on 10th Aug.

Just called again confirmed def calls this afternoon or tmrw, and we will need to email or id etc back, i told them i am traveling up on Saturday to another event so tickets have to be here by Friday at latest. not sure i will ever enter another comp again with coke zone after this.:)

I have just made yet another phone call and still nothing other than a different version of events. Now Head Office are supposedly ringing me over the next couple of days to sort out how to dispatch the tickets. I have never heard anything quite like it- Erm post man- Sure we have them in the UK!! Considering last week they told me they had been dispatched I don't understand what the problem is.I've told them I 've had enough of all the stories and excuses and if I don't get a call today from Head Office, I am going to the Press. I suggest anyone else who has been messed around by Coke does the same. No wonder they have empty seats when they are taking so long to get tickets out. They said they were still dispatching tickets from 4th August- Told her that was a lie as I know people on here had tickets for later dates!!

In short, you will receive your tickets and 4 x £75 pre-loaded visa card for your spending, which you are required to sign a participation form and provide 4 x photographic IDs (Preferably Passport or Driving License) to claim your prize.

Those terms and conditions are for the win every 2012 seconds draw, we won ours on their last minute draw where you picked your dates and were in the draw to win one of 77 sets of tickets.

Besides when I have rang I have been told that many different stories I don't believe that those terms and conditions apply to this.

I've just rang again and been told that there will not be an email sent and that someone will call this afternoon or tomorrow. Sorry guys, seems like we're back to that old chestnut again!!
