    Hi Chele,

Well, I may have to buy just one thing today which is some wood glue. I have had a dining chair that, everytime I pull it out from under the table the back comes off. We've lived with it for months.

However dd pulled it out this morning and the back of the chair came off and whacked her on the bridge of the nose

Poor little mite - this is frugality gone too far LOL!

well done for your walk around the shops, and, I let another dress go through eBay last night without so much as a hover over the 'bid now' button :D

    Enjoy your evening with OH

Everyone is doing soooo well! Very inspiring! My first day yesterday and I didn't spend anything! Woo Hoo!

I was very tempted this morning to not bother making lunch and dinner (I'm on the late shift at work) but realised I'd have to put it on here so decided to stop being lazy and make something! Thank you!!!

I don't know Nicola, tut tut!!:naughty: I only hope you do better next time!!

Is that a suitable telling off?? :rotfl:

Well done Bigpaws, proud of how you're resisting the temptation of Ebay :T I'll let you off with the glue as health & safety is very important for little'uns.

    NICOLA!! That's *so* bad.
Acutally, it's not that bad at all.

I am hanging my head in shame. We went to get the glue and I thought I would combine errands with returning books to the library.............I had a £5.60 fine to pay

I am ALWAYS doing this; I'm sure I could have bought half the books with the fines I get - I'm just so disorganised. ho hum.
That's it now; only one book at a time............

MappyGirl - what great news on your success! :T well done!

<off to change my siggie line :(>

Hi all... I've been bad  bought 2 Creme Eggs, 2 for 60p... walked past the mags tho :T I really need to give up Creme Eggs..... I'm meant to be on a diet least of all this challenge!!!

On a positive note I didn't spend anything else, other than on bread and postage for an ebay parcel but getting that back when the payment clears!! yay

Been a gorgeous sunny day here today, been out walking with DD (19 months).

Hope everyone else has had a good day xx

I dunno Bipaws, what are we going to do with you???:naughty:

This is the second time today I've had to use the naughty smilie!!:rotfl:

    And you Tigzem :naughty:

The third naughty smilie of the day! (though well done for walking past the mags!!):D

Everyone makes mistakes - if any of us fall off the wagon, we've just got to see it as the minor blip that it is and carry on with the challenge. We'll still be better off at the end of this month than we would've been if we'd carried on with our unnecessary spends for the whole month.:D
