I would check the online shipping receipt as mine said 2 boxes to be delivered and only one was delivered but the bag came later after contacting Dell. I ordered the 6400 and the free bag could have been only offered for this model.

its £24.99 instore and online, but £49.99 instore at currys and dixons!!! same group aswell so i dont know how they worked that out.

anyway, it has lifetime warranty, nicely padded and doesn't say "im a laptop - please steal me" all over it like they do on on normal standard laptop case/bags lol

Hi folks, well mine is supposed to be on it's way. However, the site says go to the couriers link to check delivery date, but I can't find a link for the carrier. Am I being thick? Can anyone point me int he right direction. I don't want to be out when it comes!

You'll get a phone call from Dell to confirm delivery date and time giving you the option of a morning or afternoon delivery.

I couldnt find the link either all the way through the delivery process, so its not just you. Ordered mine Monday night and arrived about 8.30am today. You should have had a phone call to say what day it would be delivered ( i didnt get a choice of am or pm like suggested by someone else). Perhaps they have phoned and you wasnt there.
