Hi
Can anyone advise me on the following please?
My account went overdrawn for the first time whilst I was on holiday in March between the 20th and 25th and I have received a total of £100 charges cosisting of 2 x £25 Paid item charges and 3 x £25 Unauthorised overdraft charges. I deposited funds into my account immediately I became aware of the problem on 26 March.
After receiving my first statement I e-mailed the bank to complain and they have reimbursed me 2 x £12.50 paid item charge refunds and 1 x £12.50 Miscellaneious charge refund. However, I received another statement today and there are 2 further £25 unauthorised overdraft charges waiting to be taken from my account on 10 May (I have included these in the £100 total above).
I would appreciate any help before I make contact with my bank again.

Hi I was 18-19 and cashing cheques at a casino for £100 a pop, I knew what I was doing was wrong but didnt care as I was going through personal problems - I racked up over £5,000 in charges (£30 for each guaranteed cheque) can I reclaim these charges or is that too cheeky?0

can i claim for charges for paid items - guaranteed cheques and direct debits that were paid although i did not have sufficient funds to cover them?
I have also argued about some charges and received some partial refunds can i just claim for the rest of the charge?0 -

As a freelance designer I used to struggle to 'time' my cashflow especially when it came to getting paid on time and as a result would often get charged for unpaid fees, although bills were always paid soon after.
I've just been scanning my last 3 year's accounts ( teh previous 3 are in a loft somewhere) and was staggered to discover that I've paid out the following:
892 UKP - unpaid fees ( on one occasion 175 for 4 items that hit at once)
332 UKP - unarranged borrowing ( 90 UKP in one month!)
330 UKP - referral fees
I am now looking to claim as much of this as possible but would like to know if I can claim for the unarranged borrowing fee - which appears to be charging me twice for being overdrawn - and what on earth the referral fees are?
Will appreciate any advice!

Hi, you can reclaim all of those charges.
The referral fees are what the bank charge when you go into an unauthorised overdraft and somebody in the bank needs to look at your account.0
