Hi im new on this and really need some help.

Im trying to reclaim the charges fo my dad and have recieved his statements form LLyods Tsb but am confused asto what i can claim back.

Which of the following can i calim-:
    O/draft Usage fee
    O/draft interest
    Account Charge
    O/draft excess fee
    Unpiad D/D
    Unpaid cheque

If i add up all the above charges i get around £2000 but if im only allowed to claim the overdraft excess fee and unpaid D/D i only get a couple hundred pounds so i really need ya help!!!

    NO to interest.
    YES to excessife fees.

    also search for Unpaid O/D
    and Unpaid S/O

If you have internet banking you can have the internet search these for you, in 3 month incriments.

    Good luck

Though you can claim overdraft interest on the penalty charges themselves.
Hamsters have no tact and diplomacy, nor do they want any.

You can claim for all three... if they are excessive.
