Wrong price for the market. When you get it priced correctly, people will start to view.

Most of these situations are due to the property being overvalued. However rain may be a factor this month.

The agency put this price. What do you think the price it should be?

    Thanks

    It looks nice. Well presented!

It could be slow, some areas seem to struggle to get people interested, or it could be the price.
What do similar properties go for?

I have no idea as I'm not in the area.

Do some research and ask the EAs why they think it's worth 105k. You'll probably find the answer is.

We wanted your business so told you it was worth 105k. Then in 2-3 months we'll try and get you to reduce the price, but we already have your business.

But they wont tell you that.

I think you should have had at least 3 agents in so you could see if they were suggesting approx. the same price.
How long are you locked into your EA for? Might be time to switch but as others have said you might have to reduce your price.
