Do you hang your undies on the line?

No I don't not even the kids
but I also make sure all the clothes are the right way (not inside out)
No idea why though?0 -
I wonder if your neighbours take notice of what's hanging on your line and you never have any undies out, would they think you don't wear any?
The nice undies in case of an accident thing - I got told off for backchatting when I was about six and pointed out that if you were in an accident, you'd soil yourself anyway, either due to the fright or the physical pressure of something crushing your body! (I didn't get round to saying that surely the paramedics would have better things to do than look at your pants, I'd been sent to my room by then.)Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.0 -
I dry mine inside.
Only because a friend of mine had hers pinched from the line.
This in itself is bad enough but she then got a call from the Police asking her to come down to the station to identify her underwear :eek:0 -
I had a pair of jeans stolen from the line once, prior to this I thought it was just a myth that folk went around stealing clothes from washing lines.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

My ex BIL had a full outfit stolen from their washing line.... in return they found a prison uniform at the bottom of the garden.0

My cat brought a thong home the other day! Knicker-nicker. It was an H&M one, nothing pricy, so I binned it rather than going round the neighbourhood trying to find its owner!Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.0

No, but thats because we have hundreds and millions of tiny little green spiders who live on our washing line and they would make a home in my pants - urgh, no thank you!!Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0
