Bamama and Rups - I'm glad we've had some births as it will bump me up the list a few, I'm so impatient......... :rotfl:

Really enjoyed antenatal today, can't believe how good the NHS ones have been. We talked a lot about the risk of scolding babies and saw a couple of dolls which had burns from a hot drinks and bath incident which were a bit disturbing, will not be having a hot drink in sight of baby!

Went to do the shopping and came away with a widgey nursing pillow for £20, bargain and some muslin cloths and mitts for the stash.

Sorry to hear you had a crappy shopping experience Rups, I avoid most town/city centre shopping for the same reasons, I can't abide rude ignorant people and the shops never have what I want in my size, grrrr.

Think baby is turning round tonight, felt some very strange movements with a small lump rising in my belly, weirddddddddddd.

A swab? What were they looking for from the swab? I've not had one of those (did have blood taken though - but only at the appointment after yours as I'd not been on the iron tablets long at my 35 week appt)

The swab was for MRSA, as Ikkle said .

hello again.

still feel groggy. had some dinner which i didnt enjoy as was last night's lamb curry from the take-away place and then i fancied ice cream so poor dh went and tried to get me some. he got back and said the freezer stuff hadnt been stocked ! i was like what? anyway he got us some mince pies and custard. lol. so we sat and had those. he is watching the really old star trek which i dont like so am on here. prefer the ones after the really old one.

will try and go into town again tomorrow but must leave early. my mum asked me what i did today, as i am sure she expected me to be at home doing nothing, so i told her i went into town. ok iam rambling.. sorry

Aida... I think you can move her darling. It has been the two weeks now.

Also, I'm ready to have this baby now. I'm fed up! I need to be able to pretend to be myself for like half hour. Can't do it until this baby is out and not wriggling around inside me!
